Project Engineer

Essential Functions:

Compliance/Environmental Coordinator

Essential Functions:

  • Establishing, improving, implementing and monitoring environmental and safety processes for multi-state petroleum and convenience store retailer.
     
  • Developing and interfacing in professional relationships with regulatory agencies, contractors and company personnel.
     
  • Training company employees and dealers in all aspects of environmental compliance.
     
  • Coordinate timely completion of current and future environmental work projects.
     
  • Knowledge of environmental clean-ups at gasoline service stations would be helpful for company owned service stations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role as well as B.S. preferred. Must be well-organized, able to work in a fast paced environment as our company is in exciting growth mode.

Accounting Assistant

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with different accounting clerical functions as needed
     
  • Assist the Tax Department with reconciliations, some knowledge on tax procedures a plus.
     
  • Enter general AR/AP data into the ERP system
     
  • Reconcile bank statements, A/R and A/P reconciliation as well as inventory
     
  • Assist with monthly closing and various accounting reports

Requirements:

B.S. in Accounting preferred.  Proficient in Excel and MS Word.  Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines and experience with sale invoice reconciliations.

Accounting Manager

Essential Functions:
 

  • Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the daily, weekly and monthly financial reconciliations.
     

  • Supervising the day to day functions of the retail accounting department.
     

  • Understand and communicate financial results and trends to senior management.
     

  • Develops reports that are required to analyze the business and cash flow trends.
     

  • Responsible for cash and store proceeds tracking and reconciliation

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
     
  • Retail experience preferred.
     
  • Leadership qualities and an ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment are essential.
     
  • Candidate must be willing to make a commitment to the time and effort necessary to successfully fulfill the accounting function.
     
  • You must possess a strong working knowledge of IT systems (ERP experience strongly preferred) to help with future technology enhancements

Essential Functions:

IT Manager

Essential Functions:

Successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. Must understand and be able to work with programs and/or applications of various configurations and demonstrate progressive responsibilities within their assigned area while doing so. This position will provide the organization with the necessary support and information needed in the area of IT and/or services. Will need to be able to support a growing organization with several locations in multiple states.

The successful candidate will need to support current and future systems and manage functions at corporate location and field operations. Responsible to provide real-time communication to users and management, including server upgrades and necessary changes in technology and improvements in current systems. Must be able to handle and deliver on multiple projects. Incumbent will provide support for installations and ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

It is preferred that candidates have a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in IS or Computer Sciences.

Essential Functions:

 

  • Working with several departments to bring on-board new business for the company.
     
  • Coordinate all sales orders with delivery of products to all existing and new accounts.

Requirements:

Essential Functions:
 

Individual will be required to handle customer-service issues; assist the sales department with follow-up phone calls to existing and new business customers/prospects; have the ability to process/understand documents relating to customer set-up(s); i.e. credit applications, entity formation documents.

Requirements:

Hours: Monday-Friday with the possibility of Saturday hours; flexibility is a plus; knowledge and/or experience in the petroleum industry is a positive.
